Business and Professional Writing

Business Writing that Works

This course will provide delegates with the skills to become writers whose written communication achieves the action intended. It will offer a hands-on approach to workplace communication:  the memo that gets action, the letter that says what a phone call cannot, the proposal that gets approval. It is specifically designed for school leavers, entry level workers, junior clerical/administrative staff, start-up entrepreneurs and persons who are not confident in basic writing skills or the use of standard English.
