Change is inevitable within organisations but leading such change can be an arduous task. This course will provide you with the tools, techniques and strategies you need to effectively manage and lead your organisation through effective change and can help you to avoid the common pitfalls associated with leading change. This course is designed to provide theoretical and practical guidance on identifying the key challenges that come with leading organisational change, dealing with resistance to change and sustaining change over time. The concepts and issues examined in this course apply across sectors, industries and regions.
