Important Information

Well-publicised failures in corporate governance in Barbados (for example CLICO) and the wider Caribbean (for example The Hindu Credit Union (HCU)) have put the spotlight on corporate governance in the region. As a result, corporate governance ranks very high on the agenda of the public sector in the region. Additionally, many private sector organizations are now searching for a deeper understanding of the concept of corporate governance, and how to achieve best practices in the area.  This three-day course has been specifically designed to meet these needs. Using an interactive approach and delivered by an expert in the field, delegates will be equipped with the knowledge and the ability to enforce key corporate governance principles and processes in their respective organizations.
