Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals

Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals

Overview

The performance appraisal can result in negative outcomes, especially if it is conducted without the necessary level of empathy; if no opportunity is created for clear and constructive criticism and goal setting and most importantly if the process does not empower the appraisee to move on to a place of enhanced performance and organizational commitment. This intensive course provides you with the tools to avoid the pitfalls of ineffective appraising.  It will provide a solid theoretical and highly practical foundation for conducting effective performance appraisals in various organizational settings, and position you to help your team members and juniors to reach their fullest potential.
