Hybrid-Flexible (also known as HyFlex teaching) integrates in-class instruction, online synchronous video sessions, or asynchronous content delivery. The instructor will deliver the class in a regular classroom, but students may attend in person, participate in the class through video conferencing, or watch a recording of the class session.

IT stakeholders in the Caribbean have expressed the need to have students exposed to a wide variety of technical and business skills so that on graduation, they can quickly contribute to organisations without significant additional training. To this end this course facilitates students’ acquisition of the requisite knowledge and skills needed to quickly function in real-world technology environments. It covers all aspects of the functions that IT professionals have to perform in an organization. Upon successful completion students will be able to interact fluidly with multiple stakeholders in an organization. This course challenges students to become information literate and critical thinkers who seek to employ innovative solutions to address organisational challenges.
