The purpose is to provide easy access to the law relating to children in the CARICOM countries covered by the UNICEF Office for the Eastern Caribbean Area.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tThe countries included are: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts &amp; Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and the Turks and Caicos Islands. The law for each State or Dependent Territory is up to date to mid- 2012. It is expected that the database will be updated on an annual basis.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Faculty of Law Library is honoured to partner with UNICEF in this important endeavour which will benefit legal scholars and any other persons who are interested in the welfare of children in the region.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/LawLibrary\/membership\/collections\">The Reserve Collection is located behind the Public Services Desk. It consists of recommended books and materials particularly relevant to Law courses offered by the Faculty, photocopied articles and cases, LL.B and LL.M theses, past exam papers, indices to West Indian statutes (WILIP Indexes), and Constitutions. <strong>The Caribbean Law Bulletin<\/strong>, <strong>Caribbean Law Review<\/strong>, <strong>West Indian Law Journal<\/strong> and current issues of other legal periodicals and law reports (e.g. <strong>All England Reports, Weekly Law Reports<\/strong>) also form part of this collection.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tReserve Collection materials are available for loan either for use in the library or overnight. Material which may be loaned overnight is identified by a red strip on the spine of the item. Reserve materials for library use only are identified by a yellow strip; judgments by a blue strip, and theses by a yellow and blue strip.
