The citation style for submissions is&nbsp;Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).&nbsp;Available at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.ox.ac.uk\/publications\/oscola.php\" title=\"http:\/\/www.law.ox.ac.uk\/publications\/oscola.php\">http:\/\/www.law.ox.ac.uk\/publications\/oscola.php<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Submissions&nbsp;are accepted on a rolling basis and&nbsp;must be made electronically, in Microsoft Word format, by way of email attachment (to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:cariblawrev@cavehill.uwi.edu\" title=\"mailto:cariblawrev@cavehill.uwi.edu\">cariblawrev@cavehill.uwi.edu<\/a>). Personal details (name, academic and professional qualifications, institutional affiliation and current occupation of each author) are to be included as an asterisk to the&nbsp;author\u2019s name at the foot of&nbsp;page&nbsp;one.<\/li>\n<li>All submissions must be&nbsp;made&nbsp;exclusively to the Caribbean Law Review.&nbsp;The Caribbean Law Review&nbsp;does&nbsp;not consider articles, case commentaries or book reviews which have been submitted elsewhere.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Submissions will be peer reviewed by at least two persons.&nbsp;Authors will be notified as soon as possible of the outcome of the peer review.<\/li>\n<li>It is the Author\u2019s responsibility to ensure that all citations are correct and that submissions do not infringe copyright.
