Bio

Dr. Vittorio Indovina combines practical experience in both private legal practice and dispute resolution. After an initial stint as a trainee lawyer in a law firm, where he developed first-hand experience in private law, he cultivated a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He went on to mediate civil and commercial disputes for the Italian Chamber of Commerce, gaining experience in managing complex conflicts. He also worked as part of a facilitation team in high-stakes, multibillion-euro stakeholder engagement processes concerning major infrastructure projects in Italy, including airports, stadiums, and the Italian national transportation plan. He currently serves as the Organizational Ombudsperson for Amnesty International’s Italian Chapter, where he draws on his ADR expertise to promote organizational integrity, address internal conflicts, and foster constructive dialogue in sensitive and complex environments.
