Bio

After a foundational stint as a trainee lawyer in a law firm, where he gained valuable first-hand experience in private law, Dr. Indovina discovered a strong passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This interest led him to acquire experience as a mediator for the Italian Chamber of Commerce, where he facilitated resolutions in diverse and complex scenarios. His role expanded to include facilitation in participatory processes for large-scale, multibillion-euro projects, addressing their social, environmental, and economic impacts on local Italian communities. Currently, he serves as the organizational Ombudsperson for Amnesty International’s Italian Chapter, where he leverage his ADR expertise to uphold organizational integrity and resolve internal conflicts. His career reflects a commitment to fostering equitable solutions and promoting constructive dialogue in high-stakes environments.
