All graduands are required to complete the REPLY FORM<\/strong> [<\/u>get the Reply Form here]<\/u><\/strong><\/a> on which you are requested to indicate whether you would be attending the ceremony or not attending. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU INDICATE IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE CEREMONY BY THE DEADLINE DATE SHOWN, SINCE FAILURE TO DO SO WOULD MEAN THAT NO PROVISIONS WOULD BE MADE FOR YOU TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CEREMONY PRESENTATION.

Your personal information may be used for future broadcasting events, publication, publicity and any other non-commercial activities.<\/p>\n

You are also required to visit the relevant Campus Graduation website for details and contact the Assistant Registrar (Examinations) at that Campus for Campus-specific instructions.

VENUE AND ARRIVAL TIME FOR CEREMONY<\/strong><\/h3>\n
The Graduation Ceremonies will be held in the Graduation Tent, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados.Hill Campus, Barbados.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tAll Graduands attending the 10:00 a.m<\/strong>. Ceremony are required to arrive at the Cave Hill Campus at 8:15 a.m.<\/strong> to be briefed for the academic procession.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tAll Graduands attending the 5:00 p.m. <\/strong>Ceremony are required to arrive at the Cave Hill Campus at 3:15 p.m.<\/strong> to be briefed for the academic procession.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tGraduands are required to stay in place for the entire Ceremony.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tGraduands are required to return to their seat after receiving their scroll and remain there until the Ceremony ends.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tWe look forward to your cooperation to ensure that the Ceremony runs smoothly.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tGRADUANDS WHO ARRIVE AFTER THE PROCESSION HAS BEGUN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CEREMONY. PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THIS ADVICE AND BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY.<\/strong>

PARK AND RIDE<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\t\t\t\tPlease note that there will be no parking on Campus. Parking will be provided at the Lazaretto (Usain Bolt Sports Complex), the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) and Queen’s College School.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tA complimentary part-and-ride shuttle service will be available for graduands and guest from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
\n\t\t\t\t <\/p>\n

HOW TO PAY<\/strong><\/h3>\nCertified Bank Cheques, Bank Drafts or Money Orders should be made payable to the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Additionally,On-Line Payments<\/a>can be made and Cash payments will also be accepted at the Campus Cashier.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tEach graduand will be issued with TWO (2) invitations (tickets) for the Ceremony. Each invitation admits only ONE (1) person. CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. Persons must produce their invitations (tickets) to gain entry to the Ceremony.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tInvitations (tickets) will be distributed to graduands who will be attending the Ceremony from Monday, October 5, 2026 – Tuesday, October 13, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (at the same time as the collection of graduation gowns).<\/p>\n
