
After submitting your online application, you are required to submit (upload) the receipt for payment of the application fee, as well as all of the required supporting documents (list available HERE). Failure to upload these documents will delay processing of your application.

Supporting documents must be certified/notarized by a Justice of the Peace, a Notary Public, or a Principal or Deputy Principal of a secondary or high school and must be submitted online.
