The UWI Cave Hill Meteorology (MET) Society
The UWI Cave Hill Meteorology (MET) Society is a small organization whose aim is to bring aspiring atmospheric scientists, climate scientists, and persons with similar interests, together in a shared space conducive to meteorological thought and discussion. The society aspires to educate its members by hosting informative and interactive seminars, field trips and mentorship programs. In the future, the MET Society is aiming to host and also partner with existing clubs to carry out service projects with positive environmental impacts. They would also like to enlighten the students of The UWI - Cave Hill Campus about the job opportunities that lie within atmospheric sciences. The MET Society looks forward to welcoming new members to the society.
