Background

Professor C. Justin Robinson is a national of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and a citizen of Barbados, who previously served as Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.  He also lectures for the Department of Management Studies in the area of Financial Management. Professor Robinson obtained his PhD in Finance from the University of Manchester, UK.  He also holds an MSc in Finance and Econometrics from Florida International University and a BSc in Management Studies (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. 

Public Service

Professor Robinson currently serves as a Director of the Central Bank of Barbados, a Director of the Barbados Independent Film Festival, Vice President of the Barbados Museum and Historical Society and as a member of the Ratings Committee for the Caribbean Information & Credit Rating Services Ltd (CariCRIS). He was formerly the Chairman of the National Insurance Scheme Barbados.
