Dwayne Devonish has conducted and completed a number of research projects and empirical papers on a diverse range of social and business-related issues in the Caribbean including workplace health, workplace bullying and stress, organisational behaviour, human resource management, students' attitudes toward tuition fees at UWI and consumer confidence in Barbados.  Recently, he was selected as the 'Most Outstanding Researcher' in the Faculty of Social Sciences at UWI (2012-2013).  He has also established research-oriented partnerships and relationships with a number of institutions and agencies in the public and private sectors in Barbados and the OECS.  He is currently working on a number of projects on work performance, human resource managers in Barbados, and the relationship between inequity and  health outcomes.
