Biography: Stacey Estwick is a lecturer in Finance and Accounting at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. An chartered accountant by profession, she is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance with emphasis on developing capital structure models applicable to the Caribbean. She is also a member of Caribbean Investment and Wealth Management group and Financial Management Association International (FMA) and is the Coordinator of the M.Sc. Finance program at the University. She has conducted some research in business ethics but her major research areas are in Finance and include Capital Structure and Risk Management, and Regional Tax issues. A former finance practitioner, she has also conducted major business finance and audit consultancies in the Offshore sector, and brings a wealth of practical experience to the world of academia.
