Programme Overview

Develop the agility needed to anticipate organisational disruption and lead unrestrainedly with the SCHSBM Executive Education’s Executive Leadership Programme. This programme will enable delegates to broaden their perspective on how to lead successfully, how to compete in a nimble global business environment and how to drive strategy through value-based decisions. Delegates will examine the plethora of challenges encountered by business leaders in the current global business landscape marked by uncertainty and disruptive innovation, while exploring how to transform these challenges into strategic opportunities. As strategic leadership demands agile thinking, this programme will also equip business leaders with tested frameworks and tools used to respond to and manage change proactively rather than reactively. SCHSBM’s Executive Leadership Programme will help delegates leverage the knowledge and expertise imparted by seasoned industry practitioners and instructors to help identify and solve strategic problems, and to create plans of action to implement real change in their organisation.
