Bio
Cheryl Cadogan-McClean joined the faculty at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2002 with prior experience as an educator, research consultant and management consultant. In her post as Lecturer in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Cheryl focuses her research work on the effects of psychological stress on physical and psychological wellbeing, the role of exercise in stress management and the nature of ethical decision making. She served as Coordinator for the M.Sc. Counselling Psychology programme from 2006 to 2009 and continues to serve as the Coordinator for the M.Sc. Applied Psychology programme (2006 – present). She also coordinates the undergraduate B.Sc. Psychology programme. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate psychology courses related to social and industrial/organizational psychology.
