Policy Briefs<\/h1>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The Policy Brief is designed to provide realistic policy recommendations to governmental institutions, non-governmental organizations, businesses, and other social and political actors. The Brief seeks to close the gap between academic scholarship and the empirical demands of policy and political decision-making. Consequently, the articles are written for a knowledgeable but general audience. They are also multidisciplinary in scope employing quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The Policy Brief is open to staff, students, specialists, experts, and professionals from the UWI and other private and public sector institutes.
