Research Areas

Dr. Antonio Alleyne’s research falls under the scope of economic integration. He particularly uses quantitative methods to investigate concerns pertaining to, but not limited to, international trade, innovation, competitiveness and development in the Caribbean, with a special interest in Asian economies.  Dr. Alleyne's current focus is on the integration efforts between the Caribbean and Asian regions. His interest surrounds the values of close Caribbean-Asian relations from a commercial perspective.
