Bio
Meshell Carrington is a Temporary Lecturer in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and is the Programme Coordinator of the BSc Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Prior to her current role she has taught part-time in the MBBS and BSc Health Sciences programmes.
Meshell is the Chief Dietitian at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, but is currently on assignment to The UWI. She has extensive experience in clinical nutrition and serves as a preceptor to local, regional, and international students.
