Bio
Before joining FMS, Cave Hill, Dr Azim Majumder worked at the Clinical Sciences Department, School of Medical Sciences, University of Bradford, UK and was actively involved in widening participation of medicine programme and problem-based learning (PBL). He also worked in the Centre for Medical Education, Bangladesh, and the Department of Medical Education, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia and was actively participated in innovation and experimentation of medical education and training. While working in CME, Bangladesh, he was involved with many educational and research projects sponsored by WHO, British Council, UNFPA, and World Bank. He is the Executive Editor of South East Asia Journal of Public Health [published by Public Health Foundation Bangladesh] and Editor-in-Chief of Advances in Medical Education and Practice. [published by Dove Medical Press Ltd/Taylor & Francis]. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK, and published a number of papers in peer reviewed journals.
