
Dr. Sean Marquez MBBS, FRCPC, FAANEM, FAAN.
Dr. Marquez is a Senior Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados. He is a consultant neurologist and is the medical director of The Diagnostic Clinic Neurology Center and runs a Neurophysiology Lab there.
Dr. Marquez is a 1986 medical graduate of the University of the West Indies. He completed a Neurology residency in 1992, followed by an Epilepsy/EEG fellowship in 1993, both at the University of Toronto. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (Neurology) in 1993. He was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN) in 2017.
Dr. Marquez is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and an active member of the Canadian Neurological Society.
Dr. Marquez is also a Fellow of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM), with board-certification in electromyography and electrodiagnostic testing in 1997 by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
