Students are encouraged to read the HUMN3099 Guide carefully and complete the Topic Registration form. Students should also submit their Topic and Proposal. |

This form is to be completed by students wishing to change their major, add a minor or remove a minor. It should be submitted between February 1 and August 15. Approved changes will take effect from the new academic year. |
