The Elsa Goveia Scholarship is offered to post graduate students. The last scholarship was awarded to Mr. MacShawn Phillips

Open to graduates of the University of the West Indies or the University of Guyana or another Caribbean University pursuing full-time studies in M.Phil or Ph.D. Caribbean History. Tuition Fees and Economic Costs are waived for the duration of the Scholarship.
