UNESCO World Heritage Conference: The Story of Sugar and Rum Stakeholder Workshop Series

The JFIT/ UWI/ UNESCO Sustainable Tourism Strategy and Support for the UNESCO World Heritage Nomination The Industrial Heritage of Barbados: The Story of Sugar and Rum. The Japanese-Funds-In-Trust (JFIT) through the World Heritage Centre is funding an overall project, including workshops and support for drafting part of Barbados’ next World Heritage Nomination. The project is expected to be completed in late 2021.
