Dr. Ian Marshall

Bio

Dr. Marshall is an educator with twenty-three (23) years teaching experience. He has worked as a teacher trainer and leadership development expert from 2009 to the present, in the capacity as Tutor in Educational Management and Administration, and Research Methods at the Erdiston Teachers, Training College in Barbados. He also functioned as the University Coordinator for the Diploma in Education (Primary) and the Certificate in Educational Management and Administration programmes delivered by Erdiston Teachers’ Training College.

Dr. Marshall is an educational consultant and travels throughout the Eastern Caribbean training current and prospective educational leaders in leadership best practices. In addition, Dr. Marshall works closely with principals and teacher trade unions in Barbados to deliver a number of professional development workshops for teachers at the primary and secondary levels.
