About the Programme

Discover the ins and outs of communication! 
Apply to do a minor in Communication Studies at the Cave Hill Campus of The UWI in Barbados and prepare for a life of effectively crafting messages to your target audiences.

Research

Our Communication Studies faculty specialise in Critical Media Studies, Creative Visual Research Methods, and Barbadian political discourse (both visual and linguistic).

Five (5) courses approved by the Faculty of Humanities & Education must be taken.
