Kathy-Ann Waithe-Gibson is an educator who taught at the primary and secondary levels for over thirty years. She spent fifteen years at West Terrace Primary School teaching several subjects across the curriculum, and seventeen years teaching English Language and Literature at Lester Vaughan School. She was also the Coordinator of the Remedial Reading Programme and First Form Year-head for two consecutive years. Mrs. Waithe-Gibson became a full-time tutor at The UWI Cave Hill in 2020 after teaching part-time at the institution for a number of years. She has taught various courses including Introduction to Professional Writing, Research Methods in Linguistics and Semantics. She currently teaches Fundamentals of Written English.
