Programmes

Undergraduate Programmes


All Programmes may be pursued on a full-time or part-time basis.

At the undergraduate level, the Faculty of Culture, Creative and Performing Arts offers the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) as follows:
  • BFA Creative Arts - specialising in two areas chosen from Dance, Theatre, and Film
  • BA Caribbean Studies (new 2020/2021)
  • BA Caribbean Studies with selected Minors (new 2021/2022)
  • BFA Dance (new 2021/2022)
  • BFA Music (new 2022/2023)
  • BA Music with Education (new 2021/2022)
  • The Minor in Cultural Studies and the Minor in Music for students across the Campus who wish to supplement their programme with another discipline

At the graduate level, students may pursue:

  • The Master of Arts (MA) in Creative Arts with these available specialisations: 
- (i) Arts Entrepreneur
- (ii) Arts Educator or
- (iii) Studio Arts with three tracks - (a) Moving Image Arts, (b) Theatre Arts and (c) Dance. Kindly note that Studio Arts specialisation will not be offered in the current academic year)
 
  • The Diploma, MA, MPhil and PhD programmes in Cultural Studies
