In addition to the 12th Annual Kamau Brathwaite Lecture Ms. Varia Williams will facilitate a Creative Arts Therapy Workshop for Creatives entitled "On the Edge".

What does it mean to be “in limbo”- between where you’ve been and where you’re going? This interactive workshop invites students and creatives to explore that space through a creative artstherapy process. Through movement, play, guided creative exercises, reflection, and conversation, participants will experiment with ways of expressing uncertainty, transition, and possibility. Together we’ll explore how moments of “in-between” can become powerful starting points for creativity.
