Support Services

After you have successfully registered for an event, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your registration. This email contains the details you entered in your registration and the next steps to be taken in order to complete the payment process for the event(s) you have registered to attend. You will then need to make the necessary payment(s) to The University Bookshop (our 1st preferred payment location) or The UWI Bursary Cashier (our 2nd payment location).
 

Where is my confirmation?

 Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the booking confirmation to reach your inbox.
 

Did not receive a confirmation as yet?

Check your spam folder - In most cases, the confirmation email is already received there.
If you still haven't received it, please contact the Secretariat via email at secretariat60@cavehill.uwi.edu or telephone at (246) 417-7662 for further assistance.
 

Who do I contact about a refund or an invoicing inquiry?

If you would like to inquire about a refund or query your invoice, please contact the party in which you have made payment to (The University Bookshop/Bursary Cashier). These sections are responsible for payment processes.
