{"id":45,"date":"2022-11-24T10:23:54","date_gmt":"2022-11-24T14:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/creditunion\/postgraduate-2\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T17:38:06","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T21:38:06","slug":"postgraduate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/creditunion\/scholarships\/postgraduate\/","title":{"rendered":"Postgraduate"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container-fluid page-wrapper\">\n<section>\n<div id=\"dept_content\">\n<div id=\"sub_content\" class=\"bodytext\">\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n<h1 class=\"page-header\">Postgraduate Scholarship <\/h1>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Postgraduate Scholarship\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/90\/Images\/Scholarships\/Undergraduate-Scholarship.jpg\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Value of Award&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\ta) One (1) scholarship for a maximum duration of two (2) years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tb) To a maximum of BDS$10,000.00 per annum.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tc) Awarded to full-time graduate students in a Postgraduate Programme.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\" editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Eligibility &amp; Tenure:&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The scholarship is tenable at recognised tertiary institutions at which the applicants have gained acceptance or are already enrolled on an advanced degree programme.&nbsp; However, the applicant will need to show that the course of study is not available at one of the UWI campuses.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">The applicant or his\/her parents\/guardians should be a member of the U.W.I&nbsp;(Cave Hill) Co-operative Credit Union Ltd.&nbsp;for at least two (2) years.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\">Documentary evidence of financial need has to be provided.
