Welcome to the Home of the Cave Hill Blackbirds where “One flies…. All soar”. We are excited about orienting you to the Cave Hill Blackbird experience and look forward to hosting New Student Orientation in an online format and through a live webinar.

Your online Orientation commences on August 12, 2020 and is a month long self-paced activity aimed at helping you to understand the four main dimensions of the new student experience. The two hour live webinar on August 28, 2020 will be an extension of these discussions and will focus on answering your questions about the UWI Cave Hill Blackbird experience. Plan to spend at least 3 hours interacting with staff and students on a virtual platform.

Orientation activities help you Navigate the UWI online and physical spaces, prepare you for Academic Success, to become involved in Co-curricular and Extra Curricular engagements and practice Health and Wellness on Campus.

Please ensure that you read all the communication coming from us as we will be emailing you some very important updates and information over the coming weeks; including the link for the online Orientation, information about The UWI Parents and Partners event and the Commencement Service for new students.
