SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS FOR PROCESSING

Claims for services rendered outside of the Student Health Clinic, should be submitted via email by scanning or taking a picture of your completed claim form along with supporting invoices/receipts to email address: ​healthplan@cavehill.uwi.edu

DISTRIBUTION OF CHEQUES

Continuation of notification via email for when cheques will be ready for collection remains the same. For the next 2 weeks, collection hours will be on Thursdays 26thMarch, and 2nd April, 2020 from 11am to 1 pm.
