The Campus Community is hereby advised of the following precautionary measures which have been implemented for students coming from high and medium risk countries, and who have been accepted onto Cave Hill’s Halls of Residence during this academic year.

National health protocols mandate that persons arriving from such countries undergo a period of monitoring by Ministry of Health officials. In this regard, the students are being housed temporarily at designated hotels for a seven (7) day period.

Students will be retested at the end of this period and will only be allowed onto the campus after a second negative test. Once the period of monitoring has been discontinued, they will then be allowed to move to their assigned residence on Halls.

The University has put funding arrangements in place to facilitate the students’ off-campus accommodation during this time.
