  • Clients are required to use the equipment provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    General Information<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    All participants are asked to adhere to the following:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Prior approval is needed for the hanging of external and internal banners.
      \n\t <\/li>\n
    • Equipment such as the consoles in The Shell Suite and the FirstCaribbean Suite A should not be moved.
      \n\t <\/li>\n
    • Removal of photographs must be done by the Centre’s Management.
      \n\t <\/li>\n
    • A charge will be levied on clients who damage any property in the Centre.
      \n\t <\/li>\n
    • Eating is not allowed in the lounge or the secretariat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Security<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      • The client is responsible for the security of all personal effects placed in the Conference Suites. The UWI Solutions Centre does not accept responsibility\/liability for lost or stolen items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
