To open an incognito window, try the following:<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t1. On your computer, open Chrome.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t2. At the top right, click More New Incognito Window.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\tIf you experience problems logging into updated CHOL, here are some things to try:<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t1. Clear your browser cache; then close your browser and start a new session.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t2. Try an Incognito or private browser session.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t3. If it STILL doesn\u2019t work \u2013 need to check\/delete cookies.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\tTo delete cookies:<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t1. On your computer, open Chrome.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t2. At the top right, click More.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t3. Click More tools -&gt; Clear browsing data.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t5. Next to &#8220;Cookies and other site data&#8221; and &#8220;Cached images and files,&#8221; check the boxes.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t6.
