Bio
Ms. Selliah’s primary interest is in fisheries. Her main area of research has been the Barbados trap fishery; its status and the effects of management tools, such as escape panels and biodegradable fasteners, on the fish catch rates of fish traps.
She has also been responsible for delivering a series of lectures on issues related to the sustainable use of natural resources for one of the courses in the M.Sc Programme in Natural Resource Management.
Her main responsibility is the overall administrative coordination of the MSc. Programme at CERMES.
