IT Service Desk AssistantThe IT Service Desk is the single point of contact between users and the service team of Campus IT Services.

It provides the functions of incident management, service request management and communication with staff and students.

The aim of the Service Desk is to provide quality customer service and timely response.

Please use the Service Desk to report service interruptions, hardware and software problems, challenges with MyElearning and computer accounts and for any general information queries. In addition, we welcome your suggestions and feedback on our services.

Service Desk Booth Semester Opening Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 A. M. – 7:00 P.M. 
Saturdays: 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Summer Opening Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Saturdays: Closed
