The University has many iconic sites that may be attractive for third party commercial purposes, including advertisements and films. However, no person shall take still, motion or sound pictures on any part of the Campus for their private commercial use without the expressed consent of the University. A fee may be payable depending on the nature of the activity.
Permission in writing should be sought from the Campus Registrar well in advance of the proposed shoot. All approved photography or videography must take place under supervision of a designated representative of the University and must be in accordance with the
Rules and Regulations for Using the Campus Grounds for Commercial Purposes. The University authorities reserve the right to halt any unauthorised activity.
