Please ensure that all required sections, as outlined below, are completed in full before submission.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.5px; color: #333; margin: 0; line-height: 1.7; text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Consequences of non-compliance<\/strong> may include disruption to your academic status, potential enrollment issues, and immigration complications.
