We seek to do so through creating an environment that is aligned with the UWI&rsquo;s core values: Integrity, Excellence, Diversity, Gender Justice, Student Centeredness and Financial Sustainability.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n<h3>\nOur Values<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Quality<\/strong><br \/>\nThe voices of our students matter, so through feedback and continuous open dialog we seek to meet the standards of expectation within our facilities, support services and processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning<\/strong><br \/>\nWe strive to create an environment that breeds success for all our residents.&nbsp; We believe that our residential community is a collegial extension of the academic environment.
