The Programme consists of 14 courses. Students must take at least four (4) Corporate & Commercial Law specific courses, which may include:
Students may take up to two (2) of any relevant existing LLM courses with the approval of the Programme Director Coordinator.
To be eligible for admission, applicants:
– must hold a LL.B. degree, or any other professional legal qualification, with at least Second Class Honours
– should be admitted to practise in any part of the Commonwealth
– should have also been certified as being in practice for a minimum of five years.
