Experience the World – With collaborative links with over 60 institutions worldwide, UWI offers international and inter campus exchanges that make it possible for you to see the world. The UWI has developed links with a number of regional and international Universities which permit study elsewhere either as an Exchange arrangement or as Study Abroad through co-operative agreements. Through these collaborative links with over 30 institutions in the United States, Canada, Europe and elsewhere in the Caribbean, students can spend up to a year at a partner institution and gain credit towards their UWI degree.

Vibrant Student Life - The academic, artistic and cultural societies at our campus offer much to students of all ages, backgrounds and interests. There are also facilities for a wide variety of sporting venues such as a football field, indoor and outdoor cricket pitches and tennis and basketball courts. Additionally, the climate is excellent all year round and there is breathtaking scenery to enjoy as you experience learning in a truly Caribbean environment.

Study within your Schedule - UWI offers the option to pursue a degree as a full time or part time student, or by distance. The University delivers some of its programmes via a Distance Education Centre (UWIDEC). Programmes are delivered using multi-media modes. The programmes are available at the three campus countries as well as the UWI-12.

Value for Money - The fees and accommodation are very affordable and are lower than many North American or European Universities.

Wide programme range - Our campus offers a substantial subject range. at all levels, including, but not limited to: Biological and Chemical SCience, Computing Science and Information Technology, Economics, Education, Banking and Finance, Gender Studies, History, Law, Management, Literature, Modern Languages, Sociology, Political Science and Psychology and Hospitality and Tourism Management. Graduate programmes are offered in a range of disciplines resulting in M.Phils, M.As. M.Scs and Ph.Ds. There is a wealth of research materials and opportunities available to support meaningful academic activity.
