Student Health Clinic Registration

 

The Student Health Clinic aims to assist all UWI Cave Hill students in maintaining healthy lifestyles, by providing counseling (psychological, psychiatric, nutritional), primary health care pharmaceutical services and referrals.

 

All students are encouraged to register for our services. If you have a chronic illness or (physical, mental or learning) disability it is especially important for you to register. The information you provide will be treated with the strictest confidence. It will only be disclosed to those members of faculty or staff who are involved in planning and implementing suitable accommodations for you. Only details pertinent to providing accessibility will be shared. Information about disabilities or chronic illnesses must also be substantiated by documentation from your specialist.

2. Download the paper form and drop it in to the Clinic
3. Visit the Clinic to complete a form

 

The Student Health Clinic is located near Sherlock Hall, along the front walkway shared by the Guild.
