There are approximately 184 Medical Alumni of the University of the West Indies.
We take pride in becoming the first chapter of the UWI Medical Alumni starting in May 1984.
Over the years we have made several contributions to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
One such item was an infusion pump.
Annually in July, we host the welcoming ceremony to new Alumni which is funded by
Pfizer. Each year we raise $5000 for journal subscriptions to QEH library and also
raise another $12,000 along with the pharmaceutical industry which is donated to the library.
