Complete The New Student Survey!!

The Campus Quality Assurance Office is conducting research on the orientation experience of new students.

New students can win a $500.00 voucher redeemable at the University Bookshop by completing the New Student Survey 2012-13 and telling us about their:

• early impressions of Cave Hill (e.g. application process, orientation, etc.);
• satisfaction with the processes and amenities related to joining the campus community (e.g. registration).

Last year’s responses were instrumental in assisting departments to implement a number of changes to better facilitate new students in this 2012/13 academic year.

For example, (1) the agenda for certain orientation activities were reviewed to ensure that all critical information was conveyed to the students without making the activities too long; (2) more information was uploaded on the new students’ website concerning the orientation events; and (3) a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section about the application form was added to the Admissions webpage.

It is hoped that the responses from this year’s new students will further help the campus as it strives to maintain a high quality educational experience.

As new undergraduate and postgraduate students you are therefore being asked to complete this online survey. Check your MyCaveHill mailbox for your personal invitation from the Principal or click here:
