Cave Hill
The Cave Hill School of Business will host a special ceremony to celebrate 21 years in operation and launch its new and expansive training wing on Thursday, May 31, 2012. The Centre for Management Development, the School’s predecessor, opened its doors in 1991 after a successful two-year pilot project funded by USAID. In 2006, however, the institution rebranded to become the Cave Hill School of Business - a full-fledged business school. The addition of the state of the art training and conference facility, which boasts three fully appointed training rooms, a dining hall and video conferencing capacity, is the next step in the evolution of the School.
The ceremony, which will be held at the Cave Hill School of Business and followed by a cocktail reception, will bring together key stakeholders from the UWI community and the business community in the Caribbean for an evening of celebration. The Hon. Donville Inniss, Minister of Health and an alumnus of the School is slated to deliver the feature address.
