The Cave Hill Campus is home to two extensive libraries, the Main Library and the Law Library.

The Main Library

With over 172,000 volumes and over 2000 periodicals, the Main Library supports the research activities of all Faculties with the exception of Law and Medical Sciences. The Campus Library has an automated catalogue and membership in OCLC, an international cooperative cataloguing network which extends to more than 45,000 libraries in 84 countries. It also has access to databases such as EBSCO, PROQUEST and FirstSearch. The Library is also the national depository for United Nations documents printed in English as well as OAS and UNESCO publications. But the real gem of the Library is the West Indies Collection, comprising periodicals, newspapers, literary works and research material produced in and about the region, making the Library a treasure house for anyone interested in research on the West Indies
