Registration for Semester 1 is usually open from mid-August for returning students and one week later for new students. 

Semester 2 registration is normally open for all students from the week prior to start of classes and remains open for 10 days approximately.  All students should check the main Cave Hill website regularly to see the current registration schedule.

You must register every semester until your degree has been awarded. Click here to go to the Registration Page.

Check the Document Library for the all Handbooks, Regulations, Financial Information, forms on which you may apply for Leave of Absence, Extensions, Research Grants, forms to use in the submission of your research paper or thesis, etc.

During the Examination period, your schedule will be posted on the CHOL page. Details will also appear on this page.   Please ensure that your registrations and fees are up to date so there is no problem at that time.

Please note that grades will not be released until the conclusion of examiners meetings.
